At S.M. Engineers, Paul Modi’s key projects include the redevelopment of the site of the former Northland Center in Southfield. Touted as a “city within a city,” the project is being built on a 100 acre property at a cost of approximately $400 million. The new development, which is expected to take five years to complete, will include a boutique hotel, 1,500 apartments, retail stores, dining, and entertainment.

Throughout his career, Mr. Modi has demonstrated a personal commitment to cultivating solid client relationships. He holds professional engineer licenses in the states of Michigan, California, and Nevada, and is actively pursuing a fourth license to expand the firm’s regional capabilities.
